We built Imagine because we know what it's like to manage real digital signage networks. After years of deploying, monitoring and supporting thousands of screens across South Africa, we wanted software that was powerful enough for large national rollouts, yet simple enough and cost effective for anyone to use.

With Imagine, you can upload images and videos, create playlists, schedule content by date and time, monitor screen health in real time, and manage your entire network from a single dashboard. Everything is cloud-based, so there is no need to visit each screen whenever you want to make a change. A big focus has been mobile responsiveness without the need for an additional app making it that much easier to control and change content on the go.

One of the biggest misconceptions about digital signage is that it's complicated. In reality, it's designed to be simple - well we believe we have done just that!

Each screen runs the Imagine Player application, either on a dedicated media player or directly on a compatible commercial display. Once connected to the internet, the player securely links to your Imagine account.

From there, everything is managed through your online dashboard. Whether you're using a computer, tablet or mobile phone, you can upload images and videos, create playlists, schedule content and decide exactly which screens should display it. When you're ready, simply publish your changes and your selected screens will update automatically.

To ensure reliable playback, the player downloads and stores your content locally. This means that if your internet connection drops temporarily, your screens will continue playing as normal without interruption. As soon as the connection is restored, the player will automatically check for any new updates and download them in the background.

The result is a reliable, cloud-based solution that gives you complete control over your digital signage, wherever you are.
