By accessing or using the Imagine Digital Signage platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Platform.
2. Our Services
Imagine Digital Signage is a cloud-based platform that enables customers to manage digital signage screens, upload and organise media, create playlists, schedule content and publish content to connected displays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their screens, internet connection and hardware meet the minimum system requirements for the Platform.
3. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
Customers agree to provide accurate information and keep their account details up to date.
4. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of all content they upload or create using the Platform.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, licences and permissions to use, display and distribute their content.
Imagine Digital Signage does not claim ownership of customer content.
5. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to upload illegal or infringing content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Platform, or use the Platform in violation of applicable laws. Imagine Digital Signage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Canva Integration
Imagine Digital Signage includes an optional Canva integration that allows customers to create, edit and publish Canva designs directly to their Imagine media library.
By connecting a Canva account, customers authorise Imagine Digital Signage to access only the information required to provide the integration.
Customers remain the owner of their Canva content. Canva content is only imported when the customer chooses to publish it. Customers are responsible for complying with Canva's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when using the integration and for ensuring they have the appropriate rights to any templates, fonts, images or other assets used.
Customers may disconnect their Canva account at any time, which will stop future synchronisation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Imagine Digital Signage software, branding, logos, graphics, documentation and related technology remain the exclusive property of Imagine Digital Signage and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without written permission.
8. Availability
While we aim to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect the availability of the Platform.
9. Data and Privacy
Imagine Digital Signage processes customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where customers choose to use third-party integrations, including Canva, information may also be processed in accordance with those third parties' privacy policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagine Digital Signage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Customers are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important content.
11. Termination
Customers may stop using the Platform at any time. Imagine Digital Signage may suspend or terminate access where these Terms have been breached or where continued use presents a security or legal risk.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
